Sub Occipital Muscle Inhibition Technique Verses Cranial Cervical Flexion Exercise for Increasing Hamstring Flexibility in Physiotherapy Students
نویسندگان
چکیده
Background: Variation in flexibility can put an unusual amount of annoyance on the framework musculoskeletal system. The hamstring muscles are restricted when they short, which interfere with everyday activities and is usually a cause for concern. hamstrings increases as suboccipital muscles' tone deteriorates,, single neuronal pathway that goes through dura mater connects them called superficial back line (SBL). Hence intervention muscle inhibition technique cranial cervical less time energy consuming efficient results.
Aim Objective: aim this study to investigate effect verses increasing flexibility.
Methods: Here we will evaluate tightness impact duration 2 weeks. As outcome measure Sit reach test given desired population .This be conducted Ravi Nair Physiotherapy College, Sawangi, Meghe, Wardha. two week. design pre post interventional study.
Results: data analysed using Student paired t test.
Conclusion: expected includes detection improvement sit test. Data analysis done students conclusion published after results analysed.

Focusing on Increasing Velocity during Heavy Resistance Knee Flexion Exercise Boosts Hamstring Muscle Activity in Chronic Stroke Patients
Background. Muscle strength is markedly reduced in stroke patients, which has negative implications for functional capacity and work ability. Different types of feedback during strength training exercises may alter neuromuscular activity and functional gains. Objective. To compare levels of muscle activity during conditions of blindfolding and intended high contraction speed with a normal condi...
متن کاملHamstring injuries in sprinters. The role of concentric and eccentric hamstring muscle strength and flexibility.
Eleven sprinters with recent hamstring injuries were compared with nine uninjured runners. The flexibility of the hamstrings and the eccentric and concentric muscle torque were measured in the hamstrings and quadriceps muscles at different angular velocities. Sprinters with a previous hamstring injury had significantly tighter hamstrings than uninjured sprinters had. The uninjured sprinters had...

The purpose of this intervention study was to prove that increasing flexibility of the hamstring musculotendinous unit would decrease the number of lower extremity overuse injuries that occur in military infantry basic trainees. Two different companies going through basic training at the same time were used. Hamstring flexibility was checked at the beginning and at the end of the 13-week infant...
